Led by Michelle Ward, a Registered Valuer with over 20 years of experience, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice.
Being based in Twizel, Michelle is the only resident property valuer in the Mackenzie and Upper Waitaki Districts. Michelle’s work over the years has included urban and rural valuation assignments for individual and corporate clients.
Her qualifications include a B Com (VPM) and PG Dip Com (VFM) from Lincoln University. She is also an Associate of the NZ Institute of Valuers and member of the South Canterbury Chamber of Commerce.
When not working Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, walking, tramping and supporting local community events.
